This position plays a key part in managing the account opening process, making sure all steps meet regulatory standards, and supporting customers throughout their onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities:Execute the commercial strategy across corporate banking, commercial banking, public sector, and transactional banking segments.Drive business development initiatives to expand the bank's client base.Formulate effective marketing and sales strategies.Innovate and develop new products and services.Enhance client retention and foster strong relationships to boost business acquisition and client portfolio growth.Conduct in-depth financial analyses and prepare credit assessment notes for potential clients.Report on portfolio growth results.Develop, disseminate, and oversee the implementation of the Financial Markets department's strategy.Lead the Treasury business growth and optimize excess fund revenues through prudent investments.Create and manage effective strategies for currency trading, liquidity, and foreign exchange management to generate revenue.Establish and monitor procedures to assess market, credit, and liquidity risks while adhering to approved limits.Supervise interbank trading/loan operations and foreign exchange activities.Manage foreign currency positions to safeguard the bank's profits against adverse currency fluctuations.Coordinate the Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO) and monitor its directives.Ensure compliance with all internal and external liquidity requirements and maintain adequate contingency plans for excessive or inadequate liquidity incidents, in accordance with bank policies and procedures.Guarantee the quality of the Financial Markets product portfolio, competitively addressing current needs.
