Key Responsibilities
- Lead the internal team in the creation of cutting-edge AI products.
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams on client projects, serving as the go-to expert.
- Make architectural and design choices for cloud environments.
- Develop production-ready ML/AI solutions grounded in robust software engineering principles.
- Support Data Scientists in scaling their models for production (including parallelizing, optimizing, tuning, testing, and wrapping).
- Conduct training sessions, facilitate internal meetings, and organize external events.
- Participate in team meetings and workshops with clients.
- Contribute to thought leadership by writing articles, presenting at conferences, and issuing press releases regarding your area of expertise.
