Role Overview
The Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist will manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for L'Oréal and other key accounts in Madrid. This position works with both micro and macro influencers, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns that push industry standards.
What You Will Do
- Develop strategic and creative campaign proposals in partnership with L'Oréal and SAMY teams, based on client briefs.
- Identify, select, and manage influencer partnerships. Build content calendars and ensure all content meets quality expectations.
- Oversee daily campaign performance, making strategic adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Lead and support events and brand activations, coordinating between influencers and the brand for smooth execution.
- Work with booking and data teams to refine negotiation strategies, track emerging trends, and produce detailed post-campaign reports.
- Proactively resolve issues that arise during campaign execution.
- Analyze influencer results, extract insights, and identify new client opportunities with support from the data team.
- Manage legal and financial matters related to assigned brands, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Suggest and implement workflow improvements between the brand, agency, and influencers.
