This multifaceted role encompasses various aspects of software development, including Backend, Frontend, Infrastructure, QA, and Product.The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in building and deploying high-quality, secure production services and platforms. As a full-stack engineer, you will guide engineering initiatives, establish technical direction, design scalable architectures, and develop products that exceed customer expectations. You will also collaborate with other technical leaders to enhance engineering excellence across the organization.This position is based at Range's headquarters in McLean, VA, requiring in-office work from Monday to Friday. Candidates not currently residing in the area must be willing to relocate as a condition of employment.Your ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web services for a global customer base using cutting-edge technologies.Gain a deep understanding of our product and actively engage with our community to better comprehend our users' needs.Establish and advocate for engineering best practices across the organization.Produce clean, efficient code, comprehensive tests, and thorough documentation.Your Qualifications7+ years of experience in software engineering.Proficient in multiple programming languages and frameworks.Experience with cloud services and infrastructure management.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
