Role Overview
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at MeBe focuses on early intervention for young children. This role centers on implementing proven strategies to understand and shape behavior, helping children develop essential skills and reach their potential.
What You Will Do
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for young children
- Develop and oversee individualized intervention plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions to support skill development
- Work closely with colleagues in ABA, OT, and Speech Therapy to coordinate care
- Support families and caregivers through education and training
