This senior role reports directly to the Executive Vice President of Buildings and focuses on leading a group of seller-doers dedicated to the Maritime sector. Role overview This position emphasizes client service, revenue growth, and consistent project quality. The director will align strategic objectives with day-to-day execution, maintain internal controls, and encourage cross-departmental collaboration. Performance will be tracked through professional development, market expansion, and key metrics such as gross sales and net revenue, all in alignment with Woolpert’s Project Fundamentals and Strategic Plan.
