The main focus is on helping families who have already started their search, guiding them through the final stages toward move-in.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of families who have previously engaged with A Place for Mom, offering support as they approach move-in decisions.
- Contact families by phone, text, and email to re-engage them and help advance their decision process.
- Arrange additional tours and referrals as needed to assist families from touring to making a final choice.
- Use a structured follow-up approach to keep families engaged and prevent pipeline stagnation.
- Build trust by listening to families’ needs and recommending suitable care options.
- Collaborate with senior living communities and care providers to schedule tours, gather feedback, and support move-in conversions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking pipeline status, next steps, and forecasts.
- Achieve or surpass monthly sales and conversion goals.
- Take part in coaching sessions, call reviews, and training to improve skills.
