Role
We are seeking a Quote Support Manager to become part of our Deal Desk Operations team in Mohali, India. Reporting to the Director of Global Deal Operations, you will play an essential role in supporting our Sales team and the overall deal process. This position involves managing the Quote Support team to ensure the effective execution of the quote process, aligning with strategic commitments, goals, and compliance with established policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for leading and developing a productive team that supports the Sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily leadership and guidance to a team of analysts, enhancing decision-making and critical thinking to support long-term business goals.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on your team’s functions and act as an escalation point for Quote-To-Order processes, identifying issues and ensuring appropriate resources are allocated for resolution.
- Collaborate with peer organizations and leadership to implement global best practices and refine policies, strategies, and processes.
