We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Account Executive to cultivate new accounts and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have the potential to advance to Senior Account Executive and eventually Sales Manager upon meeting performance benchmarks. Key Responsibilities
Identifying and prospecting new leads to expand the business portfolio.
Engaging with potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling, qualifying them as leads.
Negotiating and finalizing contracts with C-level decision-makers by understanding their growth objectives and transforming that knowledge into business opportunities.
Maintaining an organized sales activity and pipeline record using HubSpot.
Fostering relationships with both new and existing clients.
Traveling to premium resorts across North America to nurture client relationships.
Representing the company and our clients in delivering exceptional products and services.
Qualifications
Sales experience: A minimum of 1 year in B2B or B2C sales.
Proven experience in prospecting and outreach: Familiarity with cold calling C-level executives and launching strategic marketing email campaigns.
Exceptional listening and questioning skills: Successful candidates demonstrate emotional intelligence and tactical empathy.
A strong hunter mentality combined with the ability to nurture and develop relationships is essential for success in this role.
Proficient in pipeline management with a focus on achieving KPIs.
