The Research Director will establish the vision, strategy, and operational framework for all research initiatives across the organization, covering both Consumer & Market Research and User Research. This role is essential in building and leading a cohesive research organization that delivers high-quality, actionable insights to guide design, product development, marketing, and business strategy.
As the research counterpart to the Analytics Director, the Research Director will ensure that both qualitative and quantitative research practices are executed with methodological integrity, strategic focus, and alignment with business objectives. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping how leadership and teams understand players, users, and market trends, integrating research into the decision-making process throughout the product lifecycle.
