Job Summary The Business Development Manager (BDM) – IG Therapy plays a pivotal role in propelling the growth of IVIG (Intravenous Immunoglobulin) and SCIG therapies across key healthcare providers and payer segments. Key Responsibilities Market Expansion & Referral Development Identify and engage new IVIG referring providers, particularly specialists in neurology, immunology, and oncology. Grow existing IVIG accounts and cultivate new relationships within assigned territories. Maintain a consistent focus on IVIG in provider discussions to foster awareness and referrals. Sales Strategy & Execution Implement tailored selling strategies for IVIG therapies, including therapy-agnostic order forms and product-specific initiatives (e.g., Gamunex-C). Work in tandem with ASM and Growth leadership to ensure alignment on territory goals, sales targets, and performance metrics. Engage in retraining programs centered on IG sales techniques and reimbursement strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Prior Authorization (PA) and Intake teams to implement preferred product matrices and optimize onboarding processes. Coordinate with Clinical and Operations teams to guarantee patient onboarding and provider support. Facilitate market-level collaboration with pharmaceutical partners (e.g., Octapharma, Takeda). Data & Reporting Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Sugar) to monitor referral activities, account statuses, and sales performance metrics.
