Role Overview: SEO Specialist The SEO Specialist joins our Marketing Department and reports directly to the Head of Organic Growth. This role focuses on optimizing website content and growing organic traffic. The work involves hands-on SEO improvements and ensuring best practices across our digital platforms. What You Will Do Lead keyword research: identify opportunities, understand user intent, and make actionable recommendations for optimization. Improve internal linking using SEO best practices and performance data. Advise content marketers on how to enhance content using data-driven insights. Analyze LLM performance data to implement improvements for our target regions. Study competitors and provide reports on their performance, search trends, and market opportunities. Run technical SEO audits and address issues related to crawlability, indexing, site structure, and structured data. Use tools like Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs to monitor performance, track KPIs, and guide strategy. Present updates to the Head of Organic Growth and in team meetings. Proactively identify and drive changes to boost organic growth. Manage organic partnerships and outreach to increase domain authority and improve rankings in key markets. Stay informed about trends in search, LLMs, and AI-driven results to keep our SEO strategies current. Work with copywriters, product teams, and marketing to ensure SEO best practices and consistency across channels. What We Look For At least 3 years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results. Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and search engine algorithms. Practical, execution-focused approach and commitment to ongoing improvement. Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO software. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication.
