About the job
Logos Space develops a Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite network designed to provide high-performance, resilient connectivity for both commercial and government clients. The system brings cloud and data center access to a wide range of terminals, fixed, seaborne, and airborne, around the globe. The engineering team brings deep experience in networking and satellite technology, working together to deliver reliable and fast communications.
Team Focus
The Product and Data Link Security group manages the security and authentication protocols that protect space-based communications. This team supports Layer 2, 2.5, and 3 service models, which enable isolated data flows and end-to-end encryption. Collaboration covers both ground and spacecraft systems to ensure consistent protection across the network.
Role Responsibilities
- Guide the security architecture for onboard satellite systems, covering both bus and payload compute elements.
- Design secure boot processes and implement attestation mechanisms to verify system integrity.
- Define and enforce trust boundaries for all onboard components.
- Work closely with hardware, firmware, and systems teams to uphold platform integrity throughout the lifecycle.
