This position is tailored for a seasoned, full-stack researcher who possesses expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, extensive experience in product and marketing research, and the capability to leverage AI to enhance the scale and quality of research at Study.com.You will play a crucial role in guiding our most significant research initiatives in the college credit and professional test preparation sectors, providing the company with strategic and actionable customer insights. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing internal voice of the customer programs, managing contractors, and conducting your own research in high-priority business areas.This position is based in our Mountain View, CA office and requires in-office attendance on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.What You’ll DoLead and expand impactful research across product development, brand strategy, and marketing. Independently conduct complex generative and evaluative studies that identify unmet needs, shape product vision, and mitigate risks at scale.Implement advanced AI-driven practices and integrate AI into research workflows to ensure efficiency, quality, and impact. Define what it means to operate AI-natively in research, both internally and for our clients. Stay informed on the latest AI-based research techniques and tools.Identify connections, patterns, and insights across teams, ensuring knowledge is shared to inform decision-making. Collaborate with senior leadership to pinpoint and promote the highest-impact opportunities for research applications.
