Weekday-1 is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This full-time role places you with one of Weekday's clients, where you will tackle technical challenges spanning both web and mobile platforms. The position calls for a hands-on developer who can balance technical leadership with active coding and mentoring.
Salary: Rs 1,500,000 – Rs 4,500,000 (INR 15–45 LPA)
Minimum experience required: 4 years
What you will do
- Technical leadership and architecture: Own system architecture for mobile apps, backend services, and APIs. Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions. Set engineering standards, review code and architecture, and guide high-quality releases. Mentor engineers and interns.
- Full stack development: Design, build, and maintain features across mobile apps, backend services, and platform APIs. Manage the full development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Mobile engineering: Lead Android projects using Kotlin and iOS projects using Swift. Define architecture patterns, evaluate frameworks, and focus on performance and security across devices.
- Backend and platform engineering: Develop backend services with Golang, Rust, and Python. Integrate third-party services, design RESTful APIs, and ensure system reliability.
- Infrastructure, security, and DevOps: Apply secure coding practices and encryption. Use Docker and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
