weekday-1 is looking for a Senior Sales Manager - MICE to help grow our Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions business. Based in Mumbai, this role focuses on building relationships with corporate clients and developing sales strategies that deliver strong results in both domestic and international markets.
What You Will Do
- Connect with corporate executives to present our MICE services and build lasting partnerships.
- Lead new business efforts and manage important corporate accounts to maximize revenue.
- Develop and execute sales plans to expand our MICE offerings across different markets.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth planning and delivery of travel and event solutions.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships to support repeat business and long-term engagement.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in MICE or corporate travel sales (required).
- Established network of corporate clients and industry contacts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven record of meeting targets in a demanding, results-focused setting.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and events as needed.
