Join Sanmax Inc. as a Regional Sales Manager, where you will drive key sales initiatives by overseeing multiple distributors and expanding new client accounts. Your leadership will be crucial in managing the growth and development of our product offerings, while ensuring the integrity and ethical standards of the Sanmax brand remain uncompromised. Reporting directly to the Area Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and execute quarterly and annual strategic business plans aimed at achieving sales targets for your designated region.
2. Collaborate with marketing and tour departments to create compelling promotional strategies for both on- and off-premise events.
3. Analyze market data and competitor activities to recommend and implement effective sales strategies.
4. Monitor business metrics and sales trends for key accounts, providing actionable insights to the Area Sales Director and VP of Sales & Marketing.
5. Cultivate strong partnerships with distributors and key accounts, highlighting the value of the Sanmax brand and product line.
6. Foster collaborative relationships with Market Representatives, Area Sales Directors, and Sales Analysts to share best practices.
7. Maintain professionalism during social events, especially when alcohol is involved.
8. Achieve sales, distribution, and merchandising objectives across all accounts.
9. Provide training and support to Market Representatives to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.
10. Undertake additional duties as assigned.
