What You Will Do Support internal and external customers with all aspects of LRN’s proprietary applications, including campaign setup, system-generated emails, reporting, user data management, and customization. All support activities are billable. Use established systems and processes to keep stakeholders updated on the status of tickets, requests, projects, and changes. Manage customer expectations and escalate issues when capabilities are exceeded or satisfaction may be impacted. Prioritize incoming requests by urgency and impact, collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve high-priority issues. Document and present product information clearly in both written and verbal formats to help customers make the most of LRN’s tools. Maintain high standards of quality in all customer-related work. Facilitate ongoing communication between LRN and customers served by the Partner Assistance Centre team. Use LRN’s in-house tool for content creation as needed.
