Your Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager who melds technical proficiency with exceptional customer relationship skills. This dynamic role serves as a bridge between engineering expertise and business strategy within the exciting realm of AI for Engineering. You will manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their success and deepening their engagement with our solutions while collaborating with our Account Managers to attract new projects. Join us in shaping transformative business outcomes for leading engineering firms across Europe.
Your Responsibilities
Foster customer success: Develop data-led success strategies, track engagement metrics, and collaborate with Account Managers for expanding key accounts.
Empower users: Provide customized demonstrations, structured onboarding, and in-depth workshops for designers and simulation engineers to enhance their experience.
Project management: Lead project discovery, formulate technical solutions, and oversee all aspects including milestone tracking and risk assessment from initiation to delivery.
Enhance customer feedback: Gather feature requests and usability insights, maintain a responsive communication loop with our Product and R&D teams, advocating for enhancements aligned with industry trends.
Monitor and report impact: Analyze and share key performance indicators such as customer health scores and retention metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate across functions: Serve as a trusted advisor, connecting Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to ensure customer success.
