Position Overview
Ranked in the top 5% of companies by Sales professionals on RepVue, our Sales team has been pivotal in driving consistent growth of over 30% year-on-year, generating millions in revenue. To further expand our Ideals VDR business in Germany, we are seeking a motivated Business Development Account Executive based in Munich or Frankfurt. As part of our Field Sales team, you will identify and pursue outbound sales opportunities, acquiring new clients with the objective of closing deals.
As a quota-carrying member of the team, you will be responsible for engaging proactively with C-suite executives and key decision-makers in sectors such as Finance and Banking, contributing directly to our growth trajectory in the German market.
We utilize a robust tech stack that includes LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Phantombuster, Woodpecker, and Aircall.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers in the Munich or Frankfurt area.
- Achieve sales targets through a focus on acquiring new customers.
- Proactively manage a sales pipeline, engaging with strategic accounts in Germany while continually identifying new opportunities.
- Contribute to the execution of the sales and marketing strategy.
- Participate in organizing M&A community events to enhance Ideals' visibility and influence.
