The Technical Delivery Lead for ATM, Cards, and Switch Systems will spearhead the end-to-end delivery of transformative change initiatives integral to the Bank's card and payment ecosystem. This role encompasses ATM platforms, card switch systems, Card Management System (CMS), card schemes, OmanNet, payment gateway platforms, and POS integrations.
As a pivotal leader in the organization, you will be accountable for the technical delivery from solution design through to go-live. Your oversight will ensure that all initiatives are executed on schedule, within defined scope, and adhere to architecture, security, regulatory, and scheme requirements. A meticulous handover to the production support teams will be essential for operational readiness.
You will own the Change the Bank (CTB) delivery roadmap for ATM, switch, CMS, and related payment platforms, closely aligned with the Bank's cards and payments strategy.
Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture standards, information security policies, regulatory requirements, and card scheme rules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for platform upgrades, modernization, new card products, and payment capabilities.
- Support onboarding and integration of card schemes, OmanNet services, payment gateway platforms, POS acquiring, and tokenization.
- Lead the technical delivery of CTB initiatives such as ATM platform upgrades, card switch enhancements, CMS changes, and more.
- Translate business, regulatory, and scheme requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans.
- Coordinate delivery activities with vendors, internal teams, and business stakeholders.
- Manage technical risks and dependencies across CTB initiatives.
- Oversee SIT, UAT, scheme certifications, and production rollouts.
- Ensure comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge transfer before handover to RTB teams.
