What you will do Oversee the driver acquisition funnel, ensuring a steady pipeline of new drivers. Lead initiatives to expand Bolt’s presence in secondary cities throughout Kenya. Analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies for growth and marketplace performance. Work closely with local teams and collaborate with Marketplace, Driver Engagement, and Rider teams to support successful city launches and ongoing operations. Requirements Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for operational planning. Experience executing projects and managing multiple priorities. Comfort working with cross-functional teams and adapting to new challenges in a growing company.
