About the Role
In the capacity of a Deployed Engineer, you will engage directly with clients to address their most pressing challenges, diving deep into their use cases, deploying features, and influencing our product roadmap.
This role is pivotal, blending engineering prowess with customer success.
- Build and maintain customer relationships. As the primary point of contact for CTOs and engineering leaders, you will cultivate connections within the SaaS startup ecosystem.
- Rapidly navigate the tech stack. One moment you may enhance our Docs Platform; the next, troubleshoot our TypeScript SDK generator. You’ll contribute across various codebases without focusing on customer-specific scripts.
- Influence product direction. When a customer's request presents challenges, it often indicates an assumption we need to reevaluate. You’ll transform that feedback into products that genuinely resonate with users.
