Your role will involve enhancing the customer journey surrounding daily spending in collaboration with engineering, design, and risk teams as we expand our platform to support Parker's next growth phase.You will operate at the nexus of product strategy, systems design, and payment infrastructure, transforming customer insights into elegant, scalable solutions that redefine how modern businesses handle their spending.What You’ll Do:Drive the strategy, roadmap, and implementation for Parker's card and expense management offerings (both virtual and physical).Enhance the daily spending experience—from intuitive card controls to smooth reconciliation processes.Establish success metrics that promote user activation, spending volume, and client retention.Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize and deliver impactful product releases efficiently.Work closely with risk, compliance, and external partners (issuers, processors, networks) to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.Partner with the CTO to define product direction and the strategic evolution of the cards platform.Investigate new opportunities in AI-driven spend management, automation, and insights for our customers.What You Bring:Proven experience in product management within a fintech or related industry.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.A passion for building innovative products that solve real customer problems.
