Your Mission At Doctolib, we aspire to be the key partner for European healthcare institutions, streamlining their daily operations and enhancing patient access to care. To strengthen our partnerships with clients, we are seeking two interns for the role of Consultant in Large Account Deployment. You will support hospitals in implementing our services such as connected scheduling, online appointment booking, online admissions, and teleconsultation. Your main contacts will include executive and functional management, project teams, administrators, and end-users including secretaries and practitioners. Each project may involve dozens to thousands of stakeholders over a period of 3 months to 1 year. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 1) Deployment of Doctolib solutions within healthcare establishments while supporting the senior deployment consultant during various project phases: Participate in workshops with doctors and referring secretaries Execute operational tasks related to the configuration of the solution Assist consultants during the initial use of Doctolib with clients Ensure consistent reporting throughout different project stages 2) Internal Involvement Facilitate team meetings and training sessions Contribute to the development and execution of internal projects to support the team
