We are on the lookout for a talented Data Scientist / AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and implementing AI use cases that significantly impact our product and business, collaborating closely with our Product and Engineering teams.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Explore and identify opportunities for AI innovation within our product, propose actionable use cases, and take ownership from concept to deployment.
Design, develop, and maintain systems based on Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, orchestration, retrieval pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.
Deploy and manage AI models and infrastructure, overseeing GPU server management and model serving.
Design, train, evaluate, and maintain production Machine Learning models.
Provide data-driven insights to support our business and product teams.
Expected Outcomes:
Within 3 months, you will have:
Integrated successfully into the team.
Gained a comprehensive understanding of our product, data, and existing AI systems.
Conducted an audit of our LLM systems and ML models, identifying quick wins and areas for improvement.
Delivered your first AI use case from start to finish in production.
Established or enhanced evaluation frameworks for at least one existing LLM system.
Within 12 months, you will have:
Implemented multiple impactful AI use cases that measurably enhance our product.
Developed a robust evaluation and observability layer for various LLM systems in production.
Significantly advanced the AI culture within lemlist.
Provided strategic insights to C-level executives (CEO, CPO, CMO, Head of Sales…).
