We are seeking a dedicated Risk Prevention Specialist (IPRP) to join our multidisciplinary team at Prévenir, an innovative SPSTI that supports approximately 14,000 workers in Île-de-France. This role is based at our center located at 117 quai de Valmy, 75010 Paris, and involves both fieldwork (Workplace Actions) and remote activities (via video conferencing and webinars).
Your mission is to play a crucial role in enhancing health and safety in the workplace by assisting our member companies in evaluating, prioritizing, and mitigating professional risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Workplace Actions (AMT): company visits and observations, job studies, and information gathering (activity, workforce, organization, roles, processes, products, equipment, exposures, occupational accidents, etc.).
- Develop and update company risk profiles and assist in risk assessment procedures (DUERP, prevention plans, safety registers, etc.).
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize risks: physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, psychosocial, organizational (e.g., MSDs, falls, noise, vibrations, handling, fire/explosion, road risks).
- Provide prevention recommendations based on the hierarchy of controls: eliminate → substitute → collective protections → organization.
- Assist in building and prioritizing a realistic action plan (short/medium term) tailored to the company's resources, and monitor its implementation (indicators, continuous improvement).
- Conduct awareness sessions and training on safety and prevention topics.
- Participate in works council meetings and contribute to investigations following accidents (as needed).
- Contribute to SPSTI collective actions: prevention campaigns, workshops, webinars, and feedback sessions.
- Guide companies to external resources if necessary (CARSAT/CRAMIF, INRS, ANACT/ARACT, labor inspection, control agencies, specialized consultants), in collaboration with the SPSTI.
