To achieve these goals, we seek a visionary leader to enhance operational excellence and foster innovation on a large scale.The Role: Head of FulfillmentAs the Head of Fulfillment at Bigblue, you will be the architect of our fulfillment strategy, ensuring that our European warehouse network operates efficiently, intelligently, and cost-effectively.Your responsibilities will include overseeing the performance of our third-party logistics (3PL) network, optimizing costs, and driving innovation across our warehouse operations. Your focus will be on meeting service level agreements (SLAs), exploring automation technologies, and ensuring Bigblue scales while maintaining exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.This pivotal leadership position reports directly to the CEO and provides significant exposure to both the executive team and our clients.What You Will Do Lead the European Fulfillment Network: Manage the performance of our 3PL partners and warehouse operations across France, Spain, Germany, and the UK. Own Operational KPIs: Define, monitor, and improve key metrics, including on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, throughput, and cost efficiency. Champion Cost Management: Develop and implement strategies to reduce fulfillment costs per order while upholding or enhancing service quality. Foster a culture of cost discipline within the fulfillment team. Build and Lead the Fulfillment Team: Oversee and expand a team of more than 20 Warehouse Managers and Warehouse Specialists. Act as the Voice of Operations: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring operational needs are met.
