The Pipe Layer installs, repairs, and maintains underground pipelines and related infrastructure. This work ensures water, sewer, drainage, and utility systems operate reliably within Nox Group projects. Main Responsibilities Pipe Installation: Lay and install pipes, conduits, and drainage systems according to blueprints and project requirements. Excavation and Trenching: Prepare trenches with hand tools and machinery, maintain correct depth and slope, and use safety measures such as shoring. Pipe Alignment: Position pipes for connections and join sections by welding, cementing, or bolting as needed. Backfilling and Compaction: Backfill trenches and compact soil to secure pipes and maintain ground stability. Quality Control: Inspect and test installed pipes for leaks or defects, making adjustments to meet safety and quality standards. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe job site.
