Preferred Qualifications• A minimum of 2 years of software development experience utilizing technologies such as Java 1.5+, Spring 3.0 or higher, Web Services (SOAP and REST), JSP, Servlet, Eclipse, HTML, JBoss Application Server, and Security Management Tools like Siteminder.• Familiarity with Jira, Maven, and SOAP UI is advantageous.• At least 1 year of experience in a Global Delivery model, specifically in an onsite-offshore framework.• A solid 2 years of experience in SDLC methodologies, preferably Agile or Waterfall.• Proven experience in project lifecycle activities, including development and maintenance projects.• Knowledge of build and configuration management processes is required.• Strong technical aptitude and experience with software development tools and methodologies.• Ability to effectively collaborate with offshore teams.• High analytical skills and excellent communication abilities with stakeholders are essential.• Capability to engage in requirements analysis, estimation, development, and code review activities.• Competence to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently with a focus on quality and follow-through.• Experience in the Security, Credit Cards, and Payments domain is a plus.
