- Uphold a professional demeanor and appearance while performing duties.
- Ensure a safe and sanitary environment for residents, staff, and visitors by actively reducing hazards.
- Respect the confidentiality of residents' and families' information at all times.
- Deliver exceptional service and maintain high-quality standards for residents.
- Follow proper procedures for cleaning dishes.
- Keep dining room wait stations and equipment tidy and organized.
- Assist in setting up buffet tables as instructed by the supervisor.
- Ensure that dishes, flatware, glasses, cups, and napkins are adequately stocked and clean.
- Maintain cleanliness of tabletop condiments.
- Prepare and clean dining room tables as requested.
- Deliver and retrieve room service trays as directed by the supervisor.
- Support special events as needed under the guidance of the supervisor.
- Complete daily cleaning tasks and weekly deep cleaning assignments as assigned.
- Follow safe food handling procedures, emphasizing critical control points.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as requested by the Executive Chef and perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
