The Role
Become a vital member of our rapidly growing team, focused on delivering high-quality, well-crafted solutions that enhance patient outcomes and improve the efficiency of primary care. You will collaborate within a cross-functional squad alongside Product, Design, and Engineering to launch impactful features and iterate rapidly. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in shaping our culture, uplifting standards, and scaling both our technology and team.
What You'll Do
- Own Delivery: Take charge of technical planning and execution, delivering reliable and scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate: Engage with stakeholders to refine requirements, tackle real challenges, and communicate progress effectively.
- Raise the Bar: Advocate for thorough testing, high code quality, and sensible trade-offs.
- Drive Impact: Establish new benchmarks, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the growth of our team and processes.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing engineering teams.
- Unwavering focus on product delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Pragmatic mindset towards balancing speed, quality, and technical debt.
- Proven history of elevating standards and fostering improvement.
- Strong hands-on technical expertise (Python, TypeScript, React, AWS, DevOps, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas.
- Ownership mentality - comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking full responsibility.
- Enthusiasm for collaborating closely with Product and Design as true partners.
- Minimum of 3 years' recent experience in relevant technologies.
- Bonus: Experience in healthcare or B2B SaaS environments.
