This position is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing AI-driven enhancements aimed at minimizing manual tasks, decision-making delays, and structural inefficiencies across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics. The specialist will lead the integration of cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning technologies, specifically leveraging enterprise-level Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT or Gemini, and various workflow automation platforms, to innovate our supply chain operations. The primary goal is to unify diverse supply chain data, processes, ERP systems, planning tools, and personnel into a seamless, intelligent, and data-centric ecosystem, targeting a minimum tenfold increase in overall productivity and efficiency.Sword's Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) team is essential in facilitating and overseeing every aspect of the product supply chain, from research and development to the delivery of final products to patients and members.
