THE ROLE:We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with a focus on Health Cloud to architect, govern, and deliver robust, scalable enterprise solutions. This position demands a profound understanding of data modeling, integration architecture, security protocols, multi-org strategies, and comprehensive Salesforce development. The Salesforce Architect will collaborate closely with both business and technology teams to establish architectural standards, ensure platform performance, and promote best practices in development.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:As part of our team, you will be responsible for achieving outstanding business outcomes through collaborative efforts:Design and architect Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, including data modeling, schema design, and patient care workflows.Lead solution development utilizing Apex (Classes, Triggers), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flows.Define and implement integration architecture using APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.Establish security model standards, including authentication, authorization, sharing rules, encryption, and PHI/HIPAA considerations.Develop multi-org and environment strategies, ensuring governance and scalable org architecture.Oversee DevOps and CI/CD implementation using tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.Review technical designs, provide architectural advice, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.Partner with product owners, developers, admins, and cross-functional teams to guarantee full solution delivery.Identify architectural risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.Document architectural decisions, solution blueprints, and system diagrams.Perform other related duties as assigned.JOB EXPECTATIONS:Travel: Less than 5%Work hours: 45 hours a week, 5 days a weekAbility to work independently during a 2 PM – 11 PM shift, coordinating with global teams.Deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable Health Cloud architectures.Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and leadership on Salesforce strategy.Mentor developers and admins to ensure adherence to architectural and coding standards.Translate business requirements into future-ready technical solutions.Own the architectural roadmap and ensure platform integrity.Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PHI handling standards, and all internal security policies.Adhere to project timelines and quality expectations.

Design and implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions utilizing Terraform, CDK, or Pulumi.Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient Cloud Deployments.Develop custom automation solutions using Lambda Functions or Azure Functions.Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages including Python, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, and C#.Oversee code repositories and conduct peer code reviews to ensure quality standards.Maintain code hygiene and develop robust test cases for all solutions.Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers within the team.Work within Agile development frameworks to manage tasks effectively.Utilize Jira for task management, ensuring readiness for each sprint.Collaborate on proof of concept projects for strategic enterprise customers.Partner closely with customers to design, document, and implement complex integrations.Build and nurture strategic relationships with key contacts at major brands.Demonstrate excellent time management skills, handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently.Conduct analysis and audits on existing Helpshift implementations to identify areas for improvement.Become proficient in Helpshift’s suite of administrative tools, including AI products and mission-critical support functions.Work collaboratively with Account and Customer Success Managers to ensure overall customer satisfaction and success.Continuously enhance the development process through improved documentation and customer-facing content.
