Position: Key Account Manager

Role Objective
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing international strategic accounts primarily within the United States. This role aims to foster long-term relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the effective execution of technology and consultancy solutions provided by our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Build and strengthen relationships with key clients in the United States.
Identify opportunities for growth, cross-selling, and upselling within assigned accounts.
Gather client needs and collaborate with technical, commercial, and delivery teams to provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate business terms, contracts, and service renewals.
Oversee project execution to ensure client satisfaction, compliance, and delivered value.
Create strategic account plans and performance reports.
Represent the company during meetings, presentations, and international business visits.
Profile Requirements
Degree in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Engineering, International Business, Systems, or related fields (preferred).
Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or in similar commercial roles.
Experience managing corporate or enterprise clients, preferably in technology, consultancy, or B2B services.
Fluent English (mandatory) – for meetings, negotiations, and presentations with U. S. clients.
Valid U. S. visa (mandatory).
Strong skills in negotiation, strategic relationship management, and closing deals.
Ability to coordinate internal teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to travel to the United States.
