This position is integral to maintaining accurate HR data management, ensuring seamless execution of employee lifecycle activities, and fostering effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT. Please note that this is a temporary position covering maternity leave.Your impact will be significant in the following areas:HRIS Operations: Deliver day-to-day operational support for HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, system stability, and proper user access.Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist in core HR processes, including onboarding, employee changes, organizational updates, and offboarding.Data & Position Management: Oversee and maintain employee data, organizational structures, and position management within HR systems.User Access & Permissions: Manage user roles, permissions, and access rights to ensure system integrity and security.
