Main Mission
The Salesforce QA Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the technical and functional quality of Salesforce solutions implemented by our team. This position involves active participation in all phases of testing, including planning, design, execution, and monitoring, to guarantee that all deliverables align with both business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to understand business needs and define clear acceptance criteria.
- Create comprehensive test plans and test cases derived from Salesforce user stories across various clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Conduct functional tests, integration tests, regression tests, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track defects via bug-tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Engage closely with development teams, Salesforce administrators, and project managers to ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of automated testing solutions on the Salesforce platform using tools like Selenium, Provar, and Tosca.
- Support the continuous improvement of the QA process, including QA strategy, test coverage, and tooling enhancements.
- Ensure comprehensive traceability between requirements and test cases.
- Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
