Adhere to established design strategies and development methodologies as defined by the Software Engineering Manager and company quality standards.2. Document all requirements, design, implementation, and testing phases to the specified standards.3. Contribute to the definition of project designs and development processes as required.4. Deliver a defined segment of projects, including design, implementation, testing, integration (both in-house and on-site), and documentation using Java EE and associated technologies.5. Foster and maintain positive working relationships within the department, across the company, and with customers.6. Occasionally participate in sales, implementation, and support activities at client locations.7. Stay updated on emerging and relevant technologies.8. Create unit test scripts and conduct testing of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.9. Test and support software systems developed offshore.10.
