Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and curate menus that embody our culinary vision and enhance our brand identity.
- Supervise food preparation, cooking methods, and presentation to guarantee exceptional dining experiences.
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, cost control, and adherence to food safety standards.
- Provide training and mentorship to culinary team members on best cooking practices and food handling techniques.
- Collaborate with various departments to plan and execute special events and promotions seamlessly.
- Stay informed on culinary trends and innovations, integrating fresh ideas into menu offerings.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Support in the development of “make vs buy” guidelines for all ingredients and recipes across our Central Kitchen.
- Assist in HACCP planning for food and beverage units, especially concerning the transfer of prepared foods.
- Foster leadership within the culinary staff, identifying and promoting talent across our kitchens.
- Continuously benchmark culinary practices both regionally and globally to implement best practices.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding behavior and performance within the workplace.
- Lead by example and actively inspect kitchen operations to ensure quality and standards.
