Job Purpose: As the Manager of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC), you will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive GRC framework aimed at safeguarding the foundation’s objectives, minimizing risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Design and implement a robust GRC framework, encompassing policies, procedures, and standards.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and prioritize potential organizational risks.
Formulate and deploy effective risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to pertinent laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor and evaluate GRC performance metrics and report findings.
Create and manage a compliance calendar to oversee regulatory deadlines and obligations.
Conduct internal audits and assessments to pinpoint compliance gaps and control weaknesses.
Collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of risk awareness.
Develop and deliver compliance training programs for staff.
Oversee incident response initiatives.
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
Assist the organization in achieving and retaining certifications as necessary.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of demonstrated experience in legal and GRC roles, preferably within the entertainment sector.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Extensive knowledge of Saudi Arabian legal frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Strong comprehension of GRC frameworks and methodologies.
Proficient in risk assessment and management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities.
Project management expertise.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Fluency in both English and Arabic.
