Your Role as a Customer Success Specialist GP
As a key point of contact for your assigned client portfolio, your goal will be to enhance their experience with our digital products. Here's how you will contribute:
Act as a dedicated advisor for MioDottore, providing effective support and solutions to clients.
Foster client retention: Through targeted interventions, you will boost their satisfaction while minimizing churn risk.
Promote the proper use of our products by offering tailored consultations and addressing client needs with customized proposals.
Increase business opportunities by identifying client needs and presenting additional solutions.
Identify and communicate any issues to our product team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
Collaborate with various internal teams (product, marketing, customer experience) to enhance customer satisfaction.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic individuals who are focused on professional growth. Ideally, you possess:
Experience in customer success or post-sale roles
A strong customer support orientation, with a passion for caring for clients and satisfaction in solving their problems.
Organizational skills to manage multiple objectives and deadlines.
Familiarity with new technologies and an interest in the Health Tech sector.
Good command of the English language (B2 level).
