Role overview This internship is designed as part of DEPT®'s talent development program. Interns receive regular guidance, feedback, and encouragement to help them grow as visual designers. Each intern is matched with a dedicated mentor and joins a collaborative team of over 40 designers. What you will do UI Design: Use typography, color, and visual hierarchy to transform UX wireframes into refined interfaces and components. Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes and apply UI animations. Motion Design: Add transitions and micro-interactions using tools such as Figma and Jitter. Design Systems: Explore and help build scalable component libraries and design systems. Trend Research: Monitor current design trends and introduce new ideas into projects. Storytelling: Develop presentations that clearly communicate creative concepts to clients and stakeholders. Support and growth Interns are paired with a mentor for one-on-one coaching and become part of a supportive design team. The program emphasizes skill development and hands-on project experience. What to expect by the end By the end of the internship, interns will have contributed to projects for well-known clients and built a strong portfolio of work.
