Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Patient-Facing DutiesDocument and obtain vital signs including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, respiratory rate, height, and weight following established protocols.Conduct venipuncture and blood draws for various research studies.Prepare, label, process, centrifuge, and ship laboratory specimens in accordance with protocols and laboratory manuals.Execute 12-lead ECGs ensuring accurate results and documentation.Set up examination rooms and manage clinical supplies for study visits.Facilitate participant flow during research visits while prioritizing patient comfort and safety.Research & Data ResponsibilitiesInput clinical and study data accurately into electronic data capture (EDC) systems and/or study databases.Maintain source documentation ensuring it is complete, accurate, and ready for audits.Assist with informed consent discussions and documentation as directed.Support study visits, screenings, and follow-ups adhering to protocol schedules.Identify and promptly report any protocol deviations, adverse events, or data discrepancies to the study team.Compliance & OperationsAdhere to GCP, IRB, HIPAA, and institutional policies.Assist in maintaining study regulatory binders and documentation.Participate in monitoring visits, audits, and inspections when necessary.Keep up with required certifications and training.
