The Late Stage Experience team is focused on enhancing the experience for our existing members, those who have chosen Chime, use our services regularly, and have established trust with us over time. Our goal is to help them gain more value from Chime, fostering deeper relationships that benefit both the members and our business. This unique growth challenge differs from typical user acquisition tasks, as it involves understanding complex dynamics and interpreting rich signals. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of engineers who are instrumental in shaping this vital work.
