Ability to lead intricate, cross-functional initiatives effectively. Excellent communication skills with the capacity to articulate trade-offs and foster alignment. Experience in high-traffic, mission-critical production environments. Familiarity with Linear content systems, EPG platforms, or time-based scheduling architectures is preferred.
