This role will help shape our product and technical direction as we continue to expand. The work centers on transforming how engineering teams write and review code, in a setting where collaboration and ambition drive results. What You Will Do Analyze large datasets (hundreds of GBs) to surface actionable insights for the team and product. Design, develop, and implement data models, algorithms, and tools for analysis and visualization. Build and maintain scalable data pipelines that collect, process, and store information from multiple sources. Our current stack includes DBT, Segment, and Redshift. Work closely with engineers and product managers to inform product strategy and growth.
