The Deployment Engineer I (DE1) plays a crucial role in the seamless implementation of 8x8's Unified Communications services. This position involves direct engagement with customers and collaboration with third-party resources to ensure successful deployments. The DE1 will gather detailed customer requirements, create comprehensive System Design Documents, configure 8x8 and third-party product features, provide training for administrators and end-users, and troubleshoot any deployment challenges encountered during the cutover phase.
