The individual must excel in a remote, rural environment and exhibit resilience and professionalism during the harsh Wyoming winters.Key Responsibilities:Oversee comprehensive housekeeping for a 33,000 sq ft estate and guest house.Ensure meticulous cleaning, maintenance, and preservation of luxurious finishes, artwork, antiques, and furnishings.Organize and manage wardrobes, closets, linens, and personal belongings daily.Handle laundry management, care for fine garments, and execute ironing duties.Monitor household inventory and procure necessary supplies.Coordinate and execute high-end private events and ranch entertainment.Collaborate closely with the operations and leadership team at the guest ranch during event planning (Activities, Food & Beverage, Spa & Concierge).Provide welcoming and attentive service to family members and VIP guests with white-glove standards.Act as a liaison with ranch staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure the seamless operation of the estate.Conduct seasonal deep cleans and assist with property openings/closings.Support travel arrangements and occasionally assist with packing and unpacking.Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities with grace under pressure.Identify and resolve potential household issues proactively.Provide assistance to broader ranch operations as required.Work collaboratively with leadership from the guest ranch to deliver impeccable service at the residence.Qualifications:Minimum of 5+ years of experience in luxury estate housekeeping or within 5-star hospitality settings.Demonstrated experience in event planning and execution within private or luxury venues.Professional demeanor with excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently while also being a team player.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
