This position plays a key role in enhancing service quality and optimizing IT processes for both Dutch and French operations. Collaboration with product teams and IT suppliers is central to keeping IT services reliable and efficient. Main responsibilities Refine current IT processes or design new ones, always aiming for greater efficiency and higher customer satisfaction. Oversee IT specialists and external suppliers to support effective process execution and ongoing maintenance. Identify recurring issues and trends in IT service delivery, then analyze and report on areas that need improvement. Monitor IT supplier performance at both operational and tactical levels. Additional tasks Keep process documentation and work instructions up to date and accurate. Coordinate process-related activities with IT suppliers and teams in the Netherlands and France. Provide training and clear explanations about processes to IT teams. Regularly review process execution and performance metrics. Prepare and deliver periodic reports on process effectiveness. Maintain open communication with process users to gather feedback and address concerns.

This position acts as the central contact for colleagues and supervisors on all absenteeism matters. The role focuses on guiding employees through absenteeism processes and helping prevent future absences. Main Responsibilities Work closely with supervisors to manage absenteeism cases and provide guidance on reintegration and prevention. Support employees from the first day of absence, following the Improvement Gatekeeper Act. Advise supervisors on preventive measures to reduce absenteeism. Maintain regular contact with external partners, including the company doctor, intervention specialists, and the Employee Insurance Agency (UWV). You Will Also Guide employees during illness, encouraging responsibility for recovery and a return to appropriate work in line with legal requirements. Seek timely advice from the occupational health service and collaborate with the HR Business Partner, Lead Health, and WIA specialist when cases are complex.
