Your expertise will be crucial in aiding land surveying, civil engineering, architectural, and environmental projects. Additionally, you will mentor and develop our land survey staff while ensuring top-notch quality assurance and control of deliverables.Key Responsibilities: Engage with project teams and clients to grasp project objectives, challenges, schedules, budgets, and expectations. Assist in managing workload, staffing, and quality control for all survey initiatives. Oversee the preparation of various survey plans. Conduct research on client, government agency, and local records for survey-related information. Create deliverables, including field note sheets, electronic data collection files, computation sheets, and CAD base maps. Coordinate the activities of field survey crews and office staff. Adhere to established safety practices in Land Surveying. Foster strong client relationships. Guide and support local land survey staff in their activities, training, and career development. Draft and review scopes, schedules, statements of work, and estimates for survey work. Collaborate with other disciplines to prepare proposals for survey services. Conduct needs assessments and recommend new technologies. Manage the archiving of survey records. Execute survey tasks and projects with autonomy. Perform other duties as assigned.
